The Grading Paradigms

Businesses are scored across 5 core paradigms. Each paradigm receives a grade between A and D. Grade A highlights paradigm-defining leadership. If you do not see a business in this network, it could be that we are not aware of them, or they are embarassed for scoring a D for exploitative practices.

• Shareholder: Balances short term survival and achieving the vision.
• Employee: Treating employees like co-owners, just in a different capacity.
• Customer: Treats customers like co-partners, driving the same vision.
• Society: Treats society like co-collaborators. Balanced giving and taking.
• Natural Environment: Nurtures the Earth and everything non-human, just like how they nurtured humans.
